Description
Kantha cloth from India is known for its beautiful hand-made piecework. This piece features long colorful stripes in silk, all sewn together in a patchwork, layered with a purple cotton backing, and then hand stitched in long rows of running stitch. This is beautiful in jackets/coats, or as bags, pillows, pieced in throw blankets, appliqued on jeans, and so much more!!
There are a few missed/broken stitches and some flaws, this is very normal with this fabric and should not be considered a defect. No discounting or returns for this will be accepted.
This piece is finished on 3 sides, and is 46″ x 83″.
