Lovely boucle jacquard from France!! Unusual look of woven and wrapped threads and yarns, with touches of gold flat ribbon!! The reverse is shown in the second and fourth photos – I love the reverse too – distinctly different, it’s more subtle and all-over, rather than stripes, it would be beautiful on it’s own or in a reversible garment!
Beautiful for a suit, classic Chanel jacket, long dramatic opera coat, etc!
This is from a European mill and the exact fiber content is unknown.
