- We regret that we cannot accept returns.
- Colors may vary by monitor, and we cannot be held responsible for accurate color representation.
- We understand that buying fabric online can be tricky, so we offer a swatch service.
- Please refer to our Beautiful Textiles Swatches item on the main page for more information and to order.
- Sales tax will be charged on orders with MI addresses (6%).
Orders within the USA receive free shipping with the cheapest method (generally First Class USPS). You may request expedited shipping in the customer notes at checkout and will be invoiced for the shipping difference. We do offer international shipping to all non-embargoed countries. Int’l shipping is charged at actual price, so if your order is going outside the US, please check out as normal and pay the shipping deposit. If there is an overage, we will refund you, and if there is a shortage, we will invoice you for the balance. Orders that require invoicing for shipping or yardage adjustments will not be cut until the invoice is paid. All invoices must be paid within 36 hours or orders will be canceled.
Most orders are processed within 72 hours, Monday through Friday. Please allow 14 business days for shipments to arrive.
In the event that we cannot ship your complete order, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone, to allow you to make adjustments to your order.

Share with us a photograph for our Customer Gallery of what you made with our fabric and get 10% off your next order! Simply email us a clear photo (it can be headless if you want!) and any information you want us to put with it (a credit or information on the project). We NEVER sell our customer’s info! We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order (name, address, date of transaction, what you purchased) and nothing more!! We do not have customers create accounts because of our concerns about your information being kept secure and private.
We do keep transaction records (offline) forever (what you bought, when, how many yards and what price, and your name), so if you have any questions about your past transactions, please just email us and we will supply the info. We do use your purchase history sometimes to help us see what is in demand in what market and adjust our stock mix accordingly, but that is strictly an internal analysis and no one else has access to this data.
If you have signed up for our occasional emails, we store your email address separately for that purpose. If you have questions or would like to request your transaction history, please contact us at BeautifulTextilesOnline(at)gmail(dot)com .
