Unique and fun!! This fabric is a soft black with gorgeous embroidered cutwork. Beautiful lined with white or a bright color, this would be perfect for summer dresses, skirts, or even tunics, or go unlined and make a lovely little jacket or duster coat to toss over jeans!
Fiber is either cotton or linen – they burn so similarly, I am not sure which. By hand, I suspect this is linen, but not positive.
There is a solid band of about 2.5″ of plain fabric along both selvedges to make for easy hemming.
