Fine black tulle with beautiful small flowers sewn on. Both edges are scalloped and finished, though there are different patterns of flowers on each (see photo), so you get two designs for the price of one 😉 Shown on red to make the lace pattern more visible.
Ideal for formal gowns, gorgeous overlays, or day-to-evening jackets! We also have this in red (last photo)!
