Such an unusual fabric!! Novelty open weave is super light and cool, so you can stay fresh while looking chic! This would be fabulous as a dress (lined in a contrast color), floaty kimono duster coat, skirt overlay, etc.
This is designer overstock, and they didn’t include fiber information, but I’m guessing it’s cotton, probably 100%.
