Beautiful, soft, and light flat ‘boucle’ in white and blue. This is not a “real” boucle, but rather a white fabric base with a thick textured navy blue thread delicately woven through. This is similar in weight to a suiting and only a little thicker, so ideal for dresses, skirts, jackets/blazers. Italian designer overstock!
