This is a wonderful organic cotton double gauze from design line Nani-Iro (“Komoredi” pattern) in bright blue with white abstract marks and flowers, with pearlescent accents. Soft and light, perfect for clothes, bedding, blankets, wraps, garments or crafts. Beautiful for spring and summer!
Double gauze is a fabric that originated in Japan, made of 2 layers of cotton gauze, fused together with tiny stitches. It is very soft, light, airy, breathable, and so is perfect for summer clothes, baby blankets and wraps, and more! This fabric is opaque and does not need to be lined for most uses.
This fabric features the distinctive fine, tight, regular weave and teeny subtle grid of stitching on the back that the Japanese double gauze is known for.
