This is an insanely cool fabric! Heavily ridged crinkled chiffon is fused to an interfacing base for stability, creating this topographical textural surface that makes an elegant, unusual, flattering fabric for all kind of dresses, tunic, skirts, jacket, and more! While chiffon is normally sheer, the heavy textural work and interfacing base make this pretty opaque, and also give it more body than chiffon usually has.
