OMG, when I first saw this fabric at an industry trade show, I was stopped in my tracks! Absolutely gorgeous ombre in cool colors on soft metallicized fabric (it is actually soft, this is not the scratchy metallic fabric of my youth!). We also have this in a warm colorway!
The solid black backing is nice and soft and comfortable, and the fill is a pretty low loft (thin) batting that is also soft – so nothing to poke or scratch, making this ideal for kids clothing!
Ideal for jackets and coats, even skirts and dresses and tunics! For adults (I want!) or kids.
Mill’s care info: Do not machine wash or bleach; dry clean (any solvent except trichloroethylene); iron at max temp of 110 C /230 F; do not wring.
The usable width is 55″ wide, with a little variation of layers along the selvedges.
