This is a gorgeous 2-way stretch lace (with the grain. 2″ stretches to 3″.), designer overstock from a big NY designer, featuring an abstract design lavishly accented with metallic silver. The right and wrong sides of this are almost identical (the face is a little finer on close examination), making it ideal for garments where the reverse will show.
Double-scalloped edges means you can buy less yardage to get all the scalloping edging you need!
