This is a unique twist! Heather gray wool-blend base is covered with an overlay of black tulle covered with tiny flat gunmetal (gray-black) sequin paillettes that has been thoroughly felted to the base. The fabric is light, dark gray on the face and light gray on the back (thanks to the black tulle felted through on the face), and soft – backside is not scratchy, so does not need to be lined!
This would be absolutely stunning as a dress, skirt, shirt, or jacket! Fun and cute!
