Description

Fine navy blue tulle with beautiful 3D flowers sewn on with blue pearl centers. REALLY GORGEOUS!! The flowers are so lovely, and in several different shapes and sizes!! Nice quality! Both edges are scalloped and finished, though the design ‘grow’s from one edge to the other (see photos), so it’s heavy embellishment along one edge, and then gets lighter and more sparse as it goes towards the other edge. 

Photographed on a colored ground to make the design more visible. Fabric is just solidly navy as in the first photo.

Ideal for formal gowns, gorgeous overlays, or day-to-evening jackets!
