Soft, textured, pebble crepe with a gorgeous floral design. The design is dyed, not printed, so it goes through the fabric – the first photo shows the fabric folded over revealing both the front and back sides. That makes this fabric ideal for designs where the reverse may be visible – high-low dresses, slit tunics, flowing palazzo pants, open duster jackets and wraps, etc.
