This is a wonderful printed cotton crepe shirting from Japan. Unlike most crepes, this one is like a polished crepe and has almost no texture, and feels like a lovely shirting. Purple with an ‘asanhoa’ design of hemp leaf – fast-growing and durable, symbolizing health and strength. This design is commonly used on children’s clothes to symbolize that wish, but is also quite commonly used on adult wear.
Soft, light, nice drape, this would be so cute for all kinds of shirts, skirts, dresses, light duster jackets, bag linings, home dec, and more.
