This is a fabulous cotton shirting/quilting fabric from Japan featuring small beige dragonflies flitting over navy ground. The navy ground has a subtle color variation that looks like a dobby print – but it’s a print, NOT actually dobby. This is smooth shirting/quilting cotton!
