Description
This roll of kimono light cotton is a gorgeous dusty red with an ikat-weave floral & geometric design (ikat is where the fabric is dyed, taken apart, and then rewoven, resulting in a design with ‘fuzzy’ edges rather than sharp lines). This is really fabulous and light and cool!
Lovely, soft, vintage cotton, possibly from the 1970s, in
excellent condition – from a new bolt (what’s called “deadstock” – a bolt that’s
never been touched so is a ‘new’ bolt, even though it’s vintage).
Colors may vary by monitor, we cannot guarantee color. This fabric has been inspected and is deemed
to be in excellent condition, however, please remember that it is vintage, and
therefore there may be spots or discoloration or fading or the faint smell of
the Japanese warehouse it came from. We
make every effort to find and identify those problems, but there may be
something we missed. We cannot accept
