This fun piece was made as a shop sample to showcase our fabrics and has never been worn. This skirt features an elastic waist, defined with lime green flat piping, and is made of black polyester taffeta with embroidered lime green polka dots, and an attached underskirt of green and black tulle for flare that peeks below the hem! Waist stretches from 32″ to 42″, hip is over 66″. Skirt is cut as a circle skirt, so there is a lot of fullness with little bulk, and minimal gathering at the waist. Overskirt length from waist is 25″, tulle underskirt hangs about 2″ below. Unlined. Perfect for October or anytime!!
