Pretty navy blue chiffon with a very subtle crinkle texture is lavished with tiny white polka dots. This fun and floaty classic fabric would be wonderful as a dress overlay, beach cover-up, lingerie robe, tunic (lined or with a cami underneath), flirty skirt, etc.
Note this is semi-sheer, so some applications may need lining.
